To start off- I did not use auto focus. Auto focus is impossible to use- especially in close up photos. I did use the micro mode for the photos though and I actually liked this setting. In a lot of the pictures I feel like it helped the photos have good lighting- though that might be other settings that I don't know about. I think that my strongest picture is the Sigma of the flower. (The super-zoom pink flower). I think this is the strongest piece because of how the camera was able to focus on the tiny little hairs. I also think that the blur in the background is really cool as well. The yellow from the pollen gives it a contrast that I really like. If I could retake a picture, it would be the yellow flowers. I think I could have had less grey sky in it to make it more interesting. I also think that maybe if it were a blue sky it would be nicer than the grey. I also retook the picture below and I zoomed in a lot closer. I wanted to only have the little 5 sprout thingy in the picture, so I flipped the lens around to do the super zoom thing. I think it turned out amazing. I think the most difficult part of this project was being able to focus. I had originally tried to use auto focus, but it just would not focus on what I wanted it to. I also had a hard tome keeping my hand steady for a long time when the wind was blowing.
